I hope you’re all well and have had lovely Summer breaks. I’m just letting you know that our shared initiative, re-fabricate was invited to present at the RAISE 18 conference last Thursday at the University of Sheffield.
Breaking with academic convention, although Victoria & I took the role of lead researchers in the project, I requested that we were formally credited in the abstract as a collaborative community.
In real terms this means that everyone who discussed re-fab and took part in re-fab can claim this as their academic credit.
To place the initiative on your CV, you need to cite it as follows:
Crowson, S. Powell, V. and the HCA re-fabricate community of practice (2018). Re_fabricate: collaborative teaching and learning events co-designed by staff, students and the external community. Workshop. Researching, Advancing and Inspiring Student Engagement Conference, Sheffield Hallam University, UK.
